Actidot Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Actidot is provided by Hudian Data Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. This policy describes the Actidot v7.5 iPhone and iPad app for compatible dual-intensity step counters.
Information handled on your device
When you select a compatible sensor, the app uses Bluetooth to read the sensor name and identifier, recorded step counts, activity intervals and timestamps, and protocol data needed to interpret the records. It stores collected records, sensor settings, reports and raw-record backups locally in the app's storage. Reports and activity calculations are generated on your device.
No user account is required. This version does not automatically upload reports or sensor records to our servers, forward reports by email, send records to an AI service, or include advertising or in-app analytics tracking. We do not receive your activity records merely because you use the app.
Bluetooth and Photos permissions
Bluetooth permission is used to find and connect to compatible sensors. You can change this permission in your device's settings. The app does not request location access for sensor discovery.
If you choose to save a report image to Photos, the app requests permission to add an image. This feature does not read your existing photo library. Images saved to Photos are separate from the app's local report history.
Sharing and exported files
If you choose Share or Export, the app prepares report images or PNG, CSV and JSON files and opens the system share sheet. Data is shared only with an app, destination or person you select. Those destinations have their own privacy practices. We do not choose an email recipient or automatically send your reports.
Storage and removal
The app keeps up to 20 reports in its local history. You can delete a report from that history. Unbinding a sensor removes the current collection from the app, but keeps saved reports and independent raw-record backups. Clearing a sensor is a separate action that first creates and verifies a local backup; it is not the same as deleting local reports or exported files.
To remove all app-local records and independent backups, delete the app, rather than offloading it. Device backups or previously exported copies may remain under your device, backup service or destination's settings. Removing a local report does not remove a copy previously saved to Photos or shared elsewhere. You can manage those copies in the relevant app or service.
Your device's backup and cloud settings may include app data or saved Photos images. These are operating-system services that you control, not the app's former automatic report-email service.
Product links and support
If you open a product or support website, its normal website and hosting practices apply separately. If you contact us or voluntarily send a file for support, we receive the information you choose to provide and use it to respond to that request. Do not send sensitive activity files unless you intend to share them for that purpose.
Contact and updates
For privacy questions or support, contact czw@hd-01.com or visit https://hd-01.com. We may update this policy when the app's practices change. Updated policies will identify their revision date.
